Refund policy

  • Replacements are offered in the event that an item has arrived broken or unserviceable. Please provide photo documentation in an email to KFScentsllc@gmail.com. Once noted and approved, the item will be replaced free of charge.
  • In the event that a customer is dissatisfied with the item quality and/or an item has arrived broken and the customer does not wish to receive a replacement, a refund will be credited back to the original form of payment used to purchase the item.
  • Item quality issues do not include minor, cosmetic, wax imperfections.
  • Sale items are final and will not be refunded.
  • I do not accept exchanges or returns.
  • I will ensure that orders are packaged properly and there is no damage before shipping. For detailed information regarding shipping, please see our Shipping Policy.
  • Refunds and replacements will NOT apply to: 
    • Packages that have been dropped off and left outdoors for long periods of time causing wax to melt or damage to packages.
    • A package that has been dropped off to a location and has been abandoned/not picked up at all and is returned to me. 
    • A package that has been stolen.
  •  All customers will receive tracking information for their orders. Please be mindful of tracking and aware of delivery dates.
