A shipping fee may vary, depending on the location, and free shipping is provided to all orders over $65.00. Shipping fees and deals may be subject to change at any time. For more information, please see our Terms & Conditions.
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order is received. Customers will receive tracking information once the package has entered the carrier's system.
Orders are packaged with the utmost care and attention to detail. I will ensure that orders are packaged properly and there is no damage before shipping.
Please keep in mind that packages are no longer my responsibility once they have been picked up by the carrier or dropped off at the carrier's facility. Please see the Refund/Replacement Policy if your order is damaged UPON ARRIVAL OF DELIVERY.
Keep in mind that packages can arrive to their destination safely, but other factors may damage your products or pose problems for you once trying to physically receive the package. In the case of the following situations happening, unfortunately, refunds/replacements may not be issued. Please see the Refund/Replacement Policy for further questions. These factors may include:
- Hot/Inclement weather: If your package has been safely dropped off to its delivery location during hot or harsh weather and remains there for a prolonged period of time, the wax can melt or your package may become damaged.

Abandoned packages: If your package has been safely dropped off to a pickup facility and is awaiting pickup, please be sure to pick up the package. Facilities usually provide ample time for a package to be picked up. If a package is left at the pickup facility for too long, it will be forced to be returned to the sender. This event will not be grounds for refund.
- Stolen packages: If your package has been safely dropped off to your location, but has not been physically received by you or a member of the household and must sit outdoors or in an open location, chances of your package being stolen may arise. Please be mindful of delivery dates to ensure you receive your package in a timely fashion to avoid this situation.
All customers will receive tracking information for their orders. Please be mindful of tracking and aware of delivery dates.
